Two walls, one in front of the other. Even if is ok to paint in that spot is better to come at night because old people tend to be problematic. Novices come there to practice, is ok to paint on top of old and bad graffitis which are a shame for the author too. Good graffitis are better left there. Every few years they paint all white so people can start all over again.
Is this wall still safe to paint?
