Wall was build specifically for graffiti

The story around this wall was that it has been build as a legal graffiti wall in Vilnius (Naujoji Vilnia Gerovės Parkas), but unfortunately local city administration denied the "Legal" status afterwards and now it's more like "grey zone" for graffiti writers. So technically officially it's illegal, but, practically you can safely paint there and there would no consequences, police and people are concern about this place and has no issue about it, also no reports of crime was made what so ever. For your own safety, please use this wall from 9:00 to 22:00 - Egidijus, one off the few people that organized this wall.
