I wouldn't say its safe because there is a lot of people in the night that are drunk or high. I don't recommend painting there if i was you.

There is some construction going on and they are covering up the graffiti. I think it will be gone soon

Was painting today at daytime there… no problem at all. a lot people passing by and liked it! Hardwareshop near Parfumery store had Mtn Cans!

Painted there today. Everything is safe. The indoor walls of the basketball/football could be painted without concern. However, the areas are really very small.
