Legal wall. Covered every 3 months by the city. Most pieces run once they’re up so only go over if you can do better. Wanlong mrt is closest station

Seems to still be safe with a sign proclaiming a section of the wall as a designated "graffiti area." Haven't tried it though, and there are only a handful of untouched pieces.
Is this wall still safe to paint?
