1/2 mile of flood wall, bridge pylons and train bridge on the Ohio River. Wall height varies 10-20 ft. Lighted parking lot with 40 spaces. LEGAL and open 24/7. No permit needed. Enter through flood wall entrance behind Theater House.

Super awesome place to go to, had 3 times where a cop drove behind me and never said anything so super legal. Usually not too busy unless there’s an event. Only downside is all reachable spots without a ladder are covered so gotta decide which piece to cover up when you go.
