Go to the alexianergraben. its a realy big wall around a playground go to the entrance of the city parking. this is also the parking for the mediamarkt its on the right side of the parking

I regularly see sprayers there in broad daylight. I don‘t know if it's legal, but I'd say the chances to get in trouble are near zero.
