This is the longest legal graffiti wall in Bulgaria (more than kilometer long). And was open in 2025 with the Graffiti festival "Colors of Kyustendil vol.1". The wall is free to paint every year from 1st of June to 30th September (every Summer) - just becouse there is a river nearby which grows in the winter months. The wall reaches up to 5 meters high in places, there is a park and shops nearby, a bike path and parking lot. The permission to paint freely on the wall was voted on by the municipal council and officially confirmed by the Kyustendil Municipality - No additional permits or permission are needed to paint.
