Abandoned Fruit Factory, not quite legal but very very chill and nice spot. You can paint the sides which can be seen from the roads or beach without any problem but also justmake chill pieces inside. Many old pieces and legends. You can enter from a door in the main entrance or just through the bushes/grass. Greetings from Germany KEOM CDC
