Unfortunately, we don't know how big the wall is. It is actually part of a bridge. The best way to get there is by taking bus number 4. If you get the bus from Biel railway station, you can catch bus 4 and get off at "Nidau, Schlossstrasse". Look out for a car wash named "SoftCarWash". The bridge where you can legally spray is in front of the car wash. No permit is required. The direct address is: Dr. Schneiderstrasse, 2560 Nidau.
