The walls are located under a bridge. You can spray on both sides. The best way to get there is to take bus number 4. If you're travelling from Biel train station, get off at the Nidau, Herrenmoosweg stop. Look for a big bridge, then walk down the stairs. You will find the legal walls to spray on there. No permit is needed.
